Terms of Returns
Rustic Turquoise follows a return policy for defective items and for buyer remorse, for which the terms are mentioned below:-
- 1. The word "customised" itself specifies that the product is only manufactured/designed on behalf of the customer himself/herself. Once the order details are confirmed, at the very same time manufacturing for the product will get started, hence it cannot be cancelled and payment cannot be reversed
- 2. Damaged Products - Any product noticed as "Received in Physically Damaged Condition or Damage upon Delivery" has to be reported within 48 hours of product delivery, with valid images/video evidence of damage, to be eligible for a replacement. Any issues reported after 48 hours will not be accepted.
- 3. Partial Damages - Rustic Turquoise reserves the right to resolve any return request for In transit damaged part(s) / missing item(s) / wrong item delivered by sending a replacement of the affected part(s) within a stipulated time, free of cost. In case the part is not available, Return and full refund will be initiated.
- 4. Returns - Payment for customise order will be fully advance, just like other orders. The payment for customise orders will be non-refundable in any case since we started manufacturing of the product immediately after receiving the payment.
- 4.1. Please note that customers are expected to read the product description and sizes before ordering and returns where customers feel the products are too big, too small or too low do not qualify for free returns.
- 4.2. As with all dyed fabric, colours can vary slightly from the displayed images and does not qualify for Free Returns.
- 4.3. Minor scratches incurred or fraying threads in the fabric are really common in large furnitures and do not qualify for Free Returns.
- 5. Exchanges - Rustic Turquoise does not allow free exchanges if a customer orders the wrong colours.
- 6. Return Packaging - Please save the packaging you receive from Rustic Turquoise to ensure the product is properly wrapped before return. Returns will not be picked up without safe and complete packaging by the Shipping Provider. If you have thrown away the packaging then please use a Roll of Corrugated Brown Paper and Shrink Wrap to pack the product properly and ensure Return Pickup happens smoothly.
Refunds
- 7. Refunds - All refunds will be processed once the returned items are received Rustic Turquoise warehouse and QC inspection is finished. Usually this takes between 3-4 days after receipt.
For all valid Returns, a refund will be issued upon receiving the item back in our warehouse. The refund issued will reflect in your account within 5-7 business Days.
